Responsibilities: Lead the research and development of new product formulations and flavour adjustments tailored to regional preferences.

Oversee the enhancement of raw materials and flour-based products, alongside the development of flavours and seasonings.

Coordinate product selection and testing for new offerings, ensuring rigorous ingredient selection and flavour formulation processes are followed.

Utilize innovative thinking to explore new ingredient combinations and production methods while leveraging trends and strengths from diverse culinary traditions.

Requirements: Possess relevant educational qualifications in food science, culinary arts, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in product R&D with large chain restaurant brands, preferably within Singapore, Thailand, or Malaysia.

Strong capabilities in managing and executing the complete product development cycle independently.
