Public Feedback Management Officer (6 + 6months contract)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven individual to support public feedback management for a government-related agency.

The primary responsibility of this role is to triage and manage public feedback received through various official platforms (e.g. ,mobile applications and digital service portals).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess public feedback submitted through official channels
• Route cases accurately and promptly to the appropriate internal departments or agencies
• Draft and issue replies to members of the public in a professional and timely manner
• Contact members of the public, when necessary, to clarify or obtain additional information regarding their submissions
• Ensure proper tracking and follow-up of cases to closure

Requirements

• Minimum ‘A’ Levels, Diploma, or Degree qualification
• Prior experience in feedback management, case triaging, customer service, or contact centre operations is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to assess information accurately
• Comfortable handling public enquiries in a structured and professional manner
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months (up to 12 months)

Salary : S$13,00 to S$20.00 per hour

Location : Town (Nearest MRT station : Tanjong Pagar / Maxwell)
