Join our team as a Property Executive, where you will oversee the operational management of a dynamic property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and compliance across all tenancies. With added exposure into asset and investment management scope in time to come. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of commercial and residential properties. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties meet maintenance standards. Supervise external property managers and contractors for timely service delivery. Administer tenancy matters, including lease agreements and renewals. Maintain and update tenancy schedules and lease trackers. Serve as the main contact for tenants, fostering positive relationships. Coordinate marketing and leasing of vacant units and conduct property viewings. Monitor operational expenditure and coordinate capital works projects. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations concerning property management. Assist in the preparation of performance reports and maintain property data. Support lifecycle management of assets, including documentation and due diligence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 4–6 years of experience in property or asset management. Proven experience in tenancy administration and tenant relationship management. Knowledge of operational expenditure and capital expenditure management. Familiarity with local property regulations and compliance requirements. Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication skills with stakeholders across all levels.
