Location: Toa Payoh Contract: 1-year contract (1 Oct 2026 – 30 Sep 2027). Extension/conversion based on performance & business needs. Working Hours: - Mon–Thu: 8.5 hours (excluding 1-hour meal break) - Fri: 8 hours (excluding 1-hour meal break) Salary: Up to S$4,900/month

Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager – Youth Grants & Programmes to support youth-led initiatives through grant administration, programme coordination and stakeholder partnerships.

The role will involve working with youth groups and partners to develop and deliver projects, provide guidance on KPIs and funding opportunities, and build relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Job Scope

Grant Administration & Management (50%)

  • Assess and administer grants for youth-led initiatives, including application and closure processes, ensuring proper governance and accounting
  • Support process improvements and work with internal stakeholders to enhance grant administration
  • Perform data processing, management and reporting

Youth Partnerships & Programmes (50%)

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with youth groups and relevant stakeholders
  • Support youth-led projects by connecting them with networks, mentors, funding and potential partners
  • Maintain relationships with programme partners and support activities to increase programme awareness
  • Coordinate and organise regular programme engagement sessions
  • Support other key initiatives by working closely with internal teams

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, Public Administration or related fields
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in grant administration/management and programme/project management and execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with various stakeholders
  • Good written and verbal communication, critical thinking and numerical skills
  • Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Willing to support weekend activities when required
