Pega Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Pega application design, development, and implementation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Pega technical solutions.
• Design application architecture, case management, workflows, integrations, data models, and reusable components.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega developers.
• Conduct code/design reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, product owners, and client stakeholders.
• Lead troubleshooting, performance optimization, and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Support integration of Pega with APIs, REST/SOAP services, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Manage technical deliverables across development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Mentor team members and drive engineering quality across the Pega delivery team.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master degree or relevant
• 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Pega development experience.
• Strong expertise in Pega Platform / Pega Infinity.
• Experience with Case Management, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Decision Rules, Integration, Security, and Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Pega application architecture and design principles.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning and Pega guardrails.
• Experience leading Pega development teams and managing technical deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is strongly preferred; Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) would be an advantage.
• Experience in BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, or other large enterprise transformation programs would be beneficial.
