Job Details: Salary : $15 per hour (no commission)
Working Location : Takashimaya
Event Period : 15 October 2026 to 23 October 2026 (must be able to commit to the full event period)
Training : Mandatory paid training on 12 October 2026 at HQ office
Working Hours: 8 hours per day (inclusive of a 1-hour unpaid break)
Rotating shifts: AM Shift: From 9:30 AM onwards
PM Shift: From 1:30 PM onwards
Roster: Work schedule will be arranged by the Hiring Manager
Off days will be scheduled within the event period
Interview Process : Face-to-face interview required at the HQ office (nearest MRT is Somerset)
Job Scope Introduce and share the brand's story with customers.
Provide product knowledge and explain key product benefits.
Promote and recommend best-selling products based on customers' needs.
Engage customers proactively and deliver excellent customer service.
Build positive customer relationships and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Assist with daily retail operations and maintain product displays.
Job Requirements Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Retail, beauty, luxury, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
