Job Responsibilities: Attend to customer enquiries & feedback Support the mall's marketing activities, gift redemptions, mall promotions & loyalty program and perform general admin duties Any other duties as assigned Job Requirements: At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience Proficient in MS Office Good communication skills, problem solving and negotiation skills Ability to multi-task with high level of initiatives Team player with ability to work independently
Working Hours: 3 days per week, including weekends and public holidays on a shift basis, will be based at Mall. Shift Pattern: AM Shift: 9.30am to 7.00pm PM Shift: 12.45pm to 10.15pm
