Junior Marketing Operation Executive

Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM

Job Descriptions: Support membership marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programme activities.

Manage member communications, including EDMs and push notifications.

Handle customer and retail-related membership enquiries and escalations.

Assist with reports, presentations, budget tracking, PO processing, and vendor coordination.

Maintain product information and promotional calendars.

Support order tracking, forecasting, logistics coordination, and campaign execution.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing and operational activities.

Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the team.

Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

Internship or work experience in marketing, CRM, operations, demand planning, supply chain, or business support will be advantageous.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and reports.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
