IT Solutioning - AI Security Manager

Establish and maintain secure-by-design AI security frameworks across enterprise AI and ML solutions. Protect the organization from AI-enabled cyber threats, including deepfake fraud, AI-generated phishing, synthetic identity attacks, and social engineering. Secure internal AI agents, copilots, and automation tools through robust governance, controls, and monitoring. Lead AI red-teaming and adversarial testing activities, ensuring timely remediation of identified risks. Enhance SOC and SIEM capabilities with AI-specific threat detection and incident response playbooks. Ensure compliance with AI governance and regulatory frameworks, including NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, MAS AI guidance, and the EU AI Act. Serve as the AI Security Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising senior leadership, risk committees, and board stakeholders. Drive AI security awareness and training initiatives across high-risk business functions. Manage relationships with AI security vendors and external testing partners, including budget oversight. Collaborate with assurance, risk, and technology teams to address AI security findings and strengthen organizational resilience. R equired skills/experience: 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML Security or MLSecOps. Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems, including Generative AI, AI agents, and ML platforms. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to present AI risks to senior leadership and boards. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent. Good knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS. Experience in logistics, supply chain, critical infrastructure, or related industries. Familiarity with AI security testing and red-teaming tools (e.g., Garak, PyRIT, ART).
