Interview Operations Specialist – 12 months contract

About the company

Join a leading technology organization supporting engineering recruitment and interviewer programmes. You will oversee interviewer operations, platform administration, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination to ensure a seamless and efficient interview experience.

Your tasks

• Manage interviewer onboarding, participation, scheduling, and endorsements.
• Maintain data accuracy across recruitment and interview management systems.
• Support adoption and day-to-day operations of the interviewer management platform.
• Partner with engineering teams and talent acquisition stakeholders to improve interview processes.
• Gather user feedback, identify operational gaps, and drive continuous improvements.
• Monitor interviewer capacity, utilization, and programme effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain interviewer guidelines, standards, and communications.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, programme coordination, project management, recruitment operations, or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage processes, solve operational challenges, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytica mindset with experience using data to support decisions and improvements.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Experience with recruitment or interview management platforms is advantageous.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

Preferred Background

• Experience supporting technology, engineering, or recruitment operations environments.
• Familiarity with interview scheduling, candidate management, and process optimization.

What we offer

Salary Range : $3,500.00 – $4,000.00
