In-house Trainer
Salary: $4,000 – $4,300 Working hours: 5 days’ workweek Work location: Central
We are seeking a structured, reliable and adaptable trainer to join our training team supporting a large-scale client project. This role involves delivering both virtual and in person training sessions, ensuring that new and existing staff are equipped to carry out data collection and communication with professionalism, accuracy, empathy and clarity.
You will play a key part in translating procedures, systems and service expectations into accessible training, while collaborating with stakeholders to maintain consistency and alignment with operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured training on survey products, systems, service expectations and tone handling across common scenarios
- Facilitate sessions across various formats and group sizes, including large scale virtual delivery
- Translate procedural and policy documents into learner ready materials and assessments Collaborate with operations, project, and quality stakeholders to ensure training content reflects current workflows, case trends and field feedback
- Maintain version-controlled training materials that meet internal templates and documentation standards
- Track trainee understanding through assessments, feedback and follow ups
- Contribute to regular refresher content such as summary guides, learning modules or case-based notes
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal protocols and review processes
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, facilitation, customer service, or contact centre operations.
- ACTA or ACLP certification is required.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Able to deliver both virtual and classroom-based training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
