(Full Time) Shopping Mall Retail Assistant / Beauty Advisor

Job Details: Available Locations: Islandwide, depending on outlet vacancy

Salary Package: Basic Salary ($2000 - $2100) + Commission / Incentive + Grooming Allowance + AWS + VB  

Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays)

3 months contract convert to perm 

What You’ll Do Promote skincare products and provide product recommendations to customers over the counter

Deliver skincare consultations and product demonsrations to support sales targets and KPIs

Build strong customer relationships while providing high-quality customer service

Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate stock and transaction records

Support in-store engagement activities and contribute ideas to improve customer experience

Requirement: Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry

Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent

Strong spoken and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service
