Finance Executive (GST Project Analyst, InvoiceNow)

Working Location: near Paya Lebar MRT Salary range: up to $6000 Working hours: Mon – Thurs 8.30am – 6pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm Employment : 12 Month Contract, extension based on performance/ business needs Summary: We are looking for a staff to provide dedicated project, analytical and coordination support to the Group Tax team for the implementation of Singapore's GST InvoiceNow requirements. The role will provide project, analytical and coordination support across the various stages of the GST InvoiceNow programme, working with stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Business and IT, as well as external advisors . The successful candidate will also provide support on other tax-related work as required. Key Responsibilities Support the Group Tax team in the GST InvoiceNow readiness and implementation programme, including active participation in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders and external advisors, as well as the gathering, analysis and documentation of relevant business, process, system and transaction information.

Support testing, implementation and other project activities required to facilitate GST InvoiceNow readiness across relevant business processes and systems.

Assist in other tax-related work and projects as may be assigned from time to time.
