Facilities Site Lead | UP to $3600 | 3 Months to PERM

Salary: Up to $3600 per month

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm & Saturday, 8.00am – 12.00pm (when required)

Working Location: Dover

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day facilities operations.

Ensure all facilities, systems, equipment, and common areas are maintained in good working condition.

Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and operational issues.

Monitor conditions and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Coordinate facilities services including cleaning, waste management, pest control, security, and other site services where applicable.
