Executive Informatics (Healthcare) - PRIT
Brief Summary: Join a dynamic team as an Informatics Executive, where you will play a key role in managing and coordinating IT and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, testing, implementation, and documentation of IT-related projects.
Collaborate with users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure project requirements align with organizational goals.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of database systems to support operational needs.
Perform system testing in accordance with operational workflows and generate scheduled reports and ad-hoc data requests.
Develop and enhance pharmacy data reports and dashboards in partnership with relevant departments.
Provide end-user support, troubleshoot user issues, and prioritize needs for system applications.
Prepare training resources and conduct sessions to ensure effective utilization of pharmacy systems.
Coordinate with IT teams for asset management and support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements: Minimum degree in a relevant field with a strong interest in IT and automation.
Relevant experience in an IT-related role within a healthcare environment is beneficial.
Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities, including macros and power query.
Experience with data extraction and mining tools, such as SQL.
