(ENTRY LEVEL) Call Centre Officer | 6 months

Job Details: Office Location: Ubi

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

6 months contract (able to extend)

Salary: $13 per hour

Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for Members of Public, handling enquiries professionally and confidently.

Build strong understanding of customer needs, anticipate concerns, and deliver solutions with customer satisfaction as a priority.

Provide clear explanations and take ownership of issues through effective follow-up and resolution.

Accurately document all interactions in the designated case management system.

Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction with Members of Public.

Coordinate with internal Points of Contact (POCs) and external stakeholders to ensure timely case resolution and closure.

What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of customer service or call-centre experience.

O-Level / Higher NITEC qualification or equivalent
