E-Commerce Executive (6 Months)

Job Details: Contract Duration: 6 Months (Maternity Cover)

Location: Boon Lay

Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours

Job Overview: As an E-commerce executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the company's online presence. Your responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, contributing to e-commerce and marketing activities, and ensuring the success of promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Day-to-Day Operations:

Manage and monitor daily operations of e-commerce business marketplaces.

Manage the timely uploading of new arrival product listings, including resizing product images to meet platform-specific dimension requirements.

Liasing with account managers from different platforms for possible exposure for the brand.

Make timely stock adjustments and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure inventory accuracy, minimise overselling risks, and prevent loss of sales opportunities.

Monitor competitors' e-commerce activities, product offerings, pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations on best practices that can be adopted to improve business performance.

Provide after-hours and weekend support for customer enquiries through live chat.

Contribute to E-commerce Development:

Assist in planning and executing e-commerce activities on marketplaces.

Work closely with marketing and merchandizing team to support promotional campaigns on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and other online platforms.

Ensure timely execution of promotions e.g aligning of campaign calendar of various marketplaces.

Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.

Stay informed about marketplace trends and implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience for customers.

Prepare monthly reports on KPIs and recommendations of improvement based on the data insights.

Support and coordinate livestreams outside of regular office hours, including evening, weekend, and promotional campaign broadcasts when required.

Maintain flexibility to support ad-hoc livestream schedules during peak sales periods, product launches, and special campaigns.

Qualifications: 1 – 2 years’ experience in related field.

Proven experience in e-commerce management

Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee and TikTok platforms.

Knowledge of and hands-on experience with WooCommerce will be an added advantage.

Meticulous, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy in all work.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
