Digital Adoption & Change Manager – 12 months contract

About the company

Join us in driving a major digital transformation across the organization. As the Digital Adoption & Change Manager, you will lead the adoption of our One Corporate Portal, helping employees and suppliers transition from manual processes to seamless digital self-service solutions.

Your tasks

• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Develop engaging training and communication programs.
• Ensure operational readiness for new digital solutions.
• Promote self-service and automated workflows.
• Monitor user adoption and continuously improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Risk & Compliance, and Global business Services (GBS).

Requirements

Job requirements

• Degree in Business, Communications Management and Innovation or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, User Adoption, or Project Management.
• Proven experience driving adoption of new systems and digital solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.
• Experience in driving organizational change and user adoption of new systems is preferred.
• Ability to analyze adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.

What we offer

Salary Range : $6,000.00 – $8,000.00
