Deputy Finance Manager (UP$6000| MNC/REIT | Contract)
Duration : 6 months (maternity cover), start in August 2026 Location : Harbourfront Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 6pm) & Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) Responsibilities: Responsible for full set of accounts of a few operational entities , including management accounts, tax matters, GST and cash management, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and liaising with various business stakeholders including outsourced shared service providers
Analyse financial results and identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures
Assist to review transactional and ancillary documents, provide commercial inputs and liaise with consultants for various projects including acquisitions, divestments and/or restructuring
Deal with internal and other stakeholders including tax agents, corporate secretaries, auditors and/or trustee of the REIT’s entities
Responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements
Other ad-hoc projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management
Requirements: Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant experience
Good communication and organisation skills with a keen eye for details
Analytical, resourceful, good problem-solving capability and proactive team player
Strong financial literacy skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced work environment
Prior audit background and experience in REIT industry preferred
Experience with SAP/BPC and Yardi preferred
