Business Development Assistant | Healthcare

Brief Summary

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships, coordinating projects, and delivering excellent patient service. This role provides exposure to both business development and radiation oncology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives and strengthen relationships with healthcare partners, referring doctors, and corporate clients.
• Coordinate meetings, networking events, healthcare talks, and marketing activities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and maintain referral databases.
• Support digital marketing and branding initiatives when required.
• Provide administrative and operational support to clinic services.
• Assist with patient appointments, enquiries, and billing when required.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support ad hoc business development projects and other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare, customer service, administration, or business development.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Positive, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
