AS400 Developer (Contract) - PV

About Client: Local MNC client

Responsibilities :

• Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications

The primary work comprises requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation.

Responsible, the work is adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.

Work with senior developers and system architects in formulating technical solutions. The solution will be required to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ Degree
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience in AS400 in banking Institution.
• Proficient in RPG, CL programming, Smart/400, SQL, COBOL, Job Control Language (JCL) and debugging tools such as STRDBG
• Must have experience in development, system integration and support the Application Delivery.

Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems and interfaces.
