APAC Partnerships Strategy & Operations Manager - up $8000

We are seeking a Partnerships Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and performance visibility across a product partnerships ecosystem. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to manage reporting cadence, analyse business performance, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate extensively with stakeholders across the APAC region, including China-based teams, to support partnership growth and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Own recurring reporting and performance tracking processes, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and publication of business performance metrics. Monitor partnership and business performance against targets, proactively identifying trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business planning and performance improvement initiatives, translating findings into actionable recommendations. Track progress and outcomes of partnership programmes across multiple business verticals, providing meaningful reporting insights to stakeholders and leadership teams. Manage budget planning, tracking, and resource allocation processes in collaboration with Finance and Procurement teams, ensuring compliance with internal policies and operating procedures. Support end-to-end partnership operations, including onboarding processes, operational readiness assessments, documentation management, and workflow optimisation. Coordinate with regional and China-based stakeholders to facilitate information sharing, reporting alignment, project execution, and operational support. Review, manage, and communicate business documents, reports, and operational materials produced in both English and Mandarin. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Partnership Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar function within technology, digital platforms, SaaS, or related industries. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large datasets to identify business risks, performance gaps, operational bottlenecks, and growth opportunities. Demonstrated ability to convert data insights into practical business recommendations and influence stakeholders on decision-making. Experience independently managing recurring reporting processes from data collection and validation through to presentation of findings. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across multiple functions and regions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to read, write, and communicate in Mandarin to: collaborate effectively with China-based stakeholders and business partners; review and prepare business documents, reports, and operational materials in Mandarin; and support cross-border projects where Mandarin is a primary working language. Proficiency in SQL or other data querying and reporting tools. Experience managing operational budgets, expenditure tracking, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes. Ability to work effectively in evolving business environments and establish scalable operational processes. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex cross-functional programmes with strong attention to detail and operational rigour. Experience supporting regional or international stakeholders across multiple markets.
