Your tasks
Job Scope
- Assist passengers and visitors with enquiries and wayfinding
- Share flight information and recommend airport dining & retail options
- Respond to enquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
- Handle on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
- Support daily operations and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of customer service or frontline experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure
