Processing Shift Leader [Admin | 4 ON 2 OFF]

PERSOL Outsourcing is partnering our Client, a leading name in the transportation statutory board. We are looking for dynamic talents to be a part of our team! If you have what it takes, click on to apply: Job Responsibilities Supervise daily processing operations and ensure smooth shift execution

Oversee Processing Officers (POs), ensuring proper task allocation and adequate manpower coverage

Ensure accurate encoding and processing of applications in compliance with SOPs

Conduct spot checks and audits to maintain work quality and compliance standards

Train and guide new hires on system usage, processes, and operational requirements

Manage shift handover and takeover, ensuring proper accountability of controlled items

Submit daily operational and reconciliation reports to Management

Ensure adherence to Authority and site operational guidelines

Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement Minimum GCE O Level qualification

At least 2 years of supervisory experience

Prior experience in operations, processing, or similar supervisory roles preferred

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Ability to manage shift-based operations and coordinate team deployment effectively

Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Basic understanding of systems, data processing, and reconciliation

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Working Hours / Location 4 days work, 2 days off (rotating basis)

AM Shift: 9am to 6.30pm (1hr lunch break)

PM Shift: 12.30pm to 10pm (1hr lunch break)
