Working Arrangement: 24/7 Standby | Time-off for off-peak/PH activations | Transport claimable Job Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of security/network systems and equipment

Troubleshoot, repair and replace faulty electronic components

Attend to client service requests according to SLA, including urgent breakdowns

Carry out system installation, testing, commissioning, A&A and VO works

Manage maintenance sites and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors

Perform system updates, vulnerability patches and basic cybersecurity maintenance

Prepare maintenance reports, checklists, O&M documents and other technical documentation

Provide technical support and ensure systems remain operational

Job Requirements: ITE/Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Electrical, Infocomm, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related fields

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in system implementation/maintenance

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with basic network/system knowledge

Good communication and customer service skills

Familiarity with construction drawings, site installation and WSH requirements is an advantage

Class 3 driving license preferred; own vehicle is an advantage to travel for project site

Willing to support 24/7 standby duties
