Concierge Executive [Office Tower | Bugis]

Our client, a leading and well-established property management company, is looking for a customer-focused  Concierge Executive  to join their team. If you enjoy interacting with people, providing exceptional service, and working in a professional environment, we'd love to hear from you! Working Hours / Location: Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 6pm (1 hour break)

Job Responsibilities: Welcome and assist tenants, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional approach

Manage front desk operations, including handling enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails

Provide accurate and timely information to tenants and visitors

Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues in accordance with established SOPs and service standards

Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring information is accurate

Support administrative and operational activities

Requirements Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience in concierge, front desk, customer service or hospitality

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
