1 year contract (renewable/ convertible) Working Location: Bukit Timah (Rifle Range Army Camp) Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8am to 5.45pm) Salary range: $2500 + OT + Completion Bonus Job Descriptions Calculate and determine the required raw materials and components needed to support the production of Pyrotechnic & Explosive (P&E) components and parts in accordance with production plans
Develop, plan, and coordinate production schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources and timely completion of manufacturing activities
Raise and process Purchase Requisitions for raw materials and components to ensure sufficient supply in line with production requirements
Create, update, and manage production jobs within the SAP system, ensuring all entries are accurate and completed in a timely manner
Monitor and follow up on the delivery status of materials and components from vendors to ensure production timelines are not impacted
Track and monitor production output against planned schedules, identifying any discrepancies and supporting corrective actions where necessary
Generate and monitor monthly sales delivery reports to ensure alignment between production output and customer requirements
Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings in SAP to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all products
Conduct regular cycle counts of components to maintain inventory accuracy and support effective inventory control practices
Assist in preparing and coordinating lot allocations for plant production to ensure efficient workflow and material usage
Perform product and service costing analysis to support decision-making and cost control initiatives
Job Requirements Minimum O Level
Hands-on experience working with SAP systems in a production or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Project for planning, tracking, and reporting purposes
Prior experience in production control or planning within a manufacturing plant will be considered an added advantage
Possession of a Class 3 driving license is an advantage
