Job Descriptions: Lead end-to-end AI, digitalisation, automation, and transformation projects from concept to implementation

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and implementation roadmaps

Gather business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions

Support software development, system integration, implementation, and UAT activities

Evaluate and implement AI, automation, simulation, and data analytics solutions

Work closely with vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders

Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement

Track project benefits, including productivity improvement, cost reduction, quality, and lead-time reduction

Drive user adoption through communication, training, and change management

Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for business application

Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in AI, digitalisation, automation, IT transformation, or project management

Proven experience in AI, automation, digitalisation, or transformation projects

Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders

Strong project management and business process analysis skills

Knowledge of AI, data analytics, SQL, Python and/or C#

Familiarity with API, database concepts, and automation technologies

Experience in system implementation and UAT

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience in aerospace, MRO, engineering, or manufacturing will be an added advantage
