Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Tasks:
- Manage staff and assign duties.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Determine staffing requirements.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years.

Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Does not require Canadian work experience.

Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
