Business Transformation Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Able to handle full sets of accounts
Perform month end closing of accounts including monthly bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly management reports and supporting schedules
Assist in preparing the yearly budget
Prepare quarterly GST reports
Handle the statutory audit and caseload audits
Review payments done by the AP Team
Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation.
Engage authorities (e.g., ACRA, Registrar of Societies) for compliance.
Work with legal advisors on documentation and approvals and collaborate with finance and tax advisors on transition impact.
Support constitution drafting.
Ensure smooth transfer of assets and financial frameworks.
Engage key stakeholders and implement communication plans.
Oversee systems, data migration, and contract transfers.
Develop a post-transition sustainability roadmap.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accounting or relevant qualifications
Experience in handling full set of accounts
Good command of MS Office applications
Experience with ERP systems preferred
Experience in project management, preferably in corporate restructuring, non-profit governance, or legal compliance
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Able to work under pressure and meet predetermined deadlines
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Possess good organizational and analytical skills
Strong analytical, change management and problem-solving abilities.
Able to commit for 1 year
