Master Category Head Textile Sector - Bogotá

That is why we are looking for a Master Category Head, a leader with a consolidated track record in the textile and retail sector, capable of anticipating trends, interpreting consumer behavior, and converting data into strategic decisions that drive business growth.

If throughout your career you have led high-impact categories, developed successful commercial strategies, and managed portfolios that generate sustainable results, we want to meet you.

What do we expect from you?

• Professional in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Textile Design, or related fields.
• Specialization in Marketing, Commercial Management, Business Management, or related programs.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Category Head, Category Manager, or equivalent positions in companies within the textile, garment, fashion, or retail sector.
• Proven track record leading strategic categories and managing high-impact commercial indicators.
• Extensive knowledge of fabrics, fibers, textile raw materials, product development, and fashion market behavior.
• Mastery of commercial analysis, profitability, pricing, inventory turnover, portfolio construction, and demand planning.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, ICG, and platforms for inventory management and turnover.
• Advanced English.

This will be your challenge

You will be responsible for designing and executing the comprehensive commercial strategy for the assigned categories, ensuring their growth, profitability, and positioning through decisions based on information, market trends, and a strategic vision of the business.

We are looking for a leader who combines commercial judgment, technical knowledge of the textile sector, and the ability to identify opportunities that strengthen the brand's competitiveness.

What do we offer?

• Indefinite term contract.
• Hybrid modality 4x1 (4 days in-person and 1 remote).
• Working hours from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Occasional availability to attend to business requirements on weekends or holidays.
• Location: Montevideo, Bogotá.
