Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Create detailed layout plans and 3D visual perspectives using specialized design software programs.
- Develop high-quality interior concepts including physical mood boards and comprehensive design layouts.
- Draft accurate technical shop drawings to support the onsite construction and installation teams.
- Produce engaging interior walkthroughs and animations using professional motion graphic design tools.
- Coordinate closely with sales staff, contractors, and project managers to ensure design alignment.
- Manage multiple interior projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Propose functional space planning solutions specifically for various residential and commercial renovation projects.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture studies.
- Minimum four years of professional experience in interior space planning and implementation.
- Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds MAX, SketchUp Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with M&E details, construction drawings, and complex furniture or carpentry systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
- Capability to manage multiple work streams while maintaining high standards under pressure.
