Your tasks
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initial planning through to final onsite project completion.
- Ensure all electrical systems align strictly with established building services codes of professional practice.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain high standards for all installed electrical materials.
- Produce detailed shop drawings and manage technical drawing coordination for various site infrastructure projects.
- Monitor daily work schedules and attend project meetings to report on progress and deadlines.
- Apply technical knowledge of control system philosophies to assist with daily project management operations.
- Perform regular site inspections to identify and resolve non-conformance issues or installation defects promptly.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a recognized equivalent qualification.
- Possess a valid Building Construction Safety Supervisor certificate or an equivalent safety credential.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience specifically within M&E subcontracting environments.
- Strong technical understanding of ISO integrated management systems and their operational application.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex codes of practice for all electrical installations.
- Demonstrated skill in field problem solving and effective coordination between multiple project stakeholders.
