Responsibilities:

The Front Desk & Administrative Officer will manage the reception area and receive, welcome, and direct visitors professionally and courteously. The role will involve answering and directing telephone calls, responding to routine enquiries, receiving and managing correspondence, and ensuring that messages and information are promptly communicated to the appropriate members of staff. The officer will provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, filing, scanning, photocopying, maintaining records and organising administrative information. The role will also involve scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, coordinating meeting rooms and providing administrative support for internal and external meetings. The officer will assist with the management of office supplies, stationery and other administrative resources, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment where required. The successful candidate will support the smooth running of the office by coordinating with vendors, service providers, building management and other external contacts as necessary. The role will also involve maintaining accurate administrative records, handling confidential information appropriately and supporting other members of the team with routine administrative tasks. The officer is expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, appearance, communication and customer service at all times and to contribute positively to the overall image and culture of the organisation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a first degree from a recognised university. Candidates should have between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in a front desk, administrative, office support, customer service or similar role. The successful candidate must be confident, articulate and comfortable interacting with clients, senior professionals, visitors and external stakeholders. A polished and professional appearance is required. Candidates must be comfortable using standard office software and digital tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Outlook and other common workplace communication and productivity applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate good organisation, attention to detail, reliability, discretion and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in a professional services, legal, financial services, consulting or corporate environment will be an advantage.
