One-year fixed-term contract
As a Service Provider Manager, you are the guarantor of compliance with Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) rules on the client's site, during interventions (qualification/maintenance of scientific equipment) by our subcontractors.
Your main missions:
- Plan access and site training for service providers,
- Welcome service providers to the client's site
- Conduct risk assessments in the laboratory with the service provider,
- Collect prerequisite documents before our subcontractors' interventions on site (authorizations, training certificates, acknowledgment of prevention plans, posted worker declarations, etc.)
- Participate in the supplier approval process
- Contribute to the renewal of prevention plans
- Collect our subcontractors' protocols
- Maintain up-to-date tracking databases (PerkinElmer)
Your profile:
- Experience and/or knowledge in QHSE appreciated
- Degree level Bac+2 to Bac+3 or equivalent scientific or ADV experience
- Rigor, sense of customer service, and good interpersonal skills;
- Experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, or industrial environment
- Professional English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Intermediate mastery of MS Office
- Driving license B
