Service Provider Manager Aramon (M/F)

As part of its development, PerkinElmer is looking for a Service Provider Manager to strengthen the OneSource team.

This position is based at our client SANOFI's site in Aramon, with occasional travel to other sites in the region (approximately 2 times per month).

As a Service Provider Manager, you are the guarantor of compliance with quality and safety rules on the client's site during interventions (qualification/maintenance of scientific equipment) by our subcontractors.

Your main missions:

• Welcome service providers to the client's site
• Collect prerequisite documents before our subcontractors' interventions on site (authorizations, training certificates, safety operating procedures, acknowledgment of prevention plans, posted worker declarations, etc.)
• Participate in the supplier approval process
• Contribute to the renewal of prevention plans
• Collect our subcontractors' protocols
• Maintain up-to-date tracking databases (PerkinElmer and client)
• Verify the compliance of reports with the requirements of the framework

Your profile:

• Experience and/or knowledge in QHSE appreciated
• Degree level Bac+2 to Bac+3 or equivalent scientific or ADV experience in a scientific or technical environment
• Rigor, customer service orientation, and good interpersonal skills
• Experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, or industrial environment
• Professional English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
• Driving license B
• Team spirit
• Dynamic
