This position is located at the company's large and modern headquarters situated in central Stockholm.
In the role of customer service representative, you will become part of the company's administrative 2:nd line where you and your colleagues handle more advanced administrative tasks that need to be resolved. Your tasks may consist of everything from answering questions regarding invoices to contacting customers to collect supplementary information. In this role, your communicative and social skills will be put to good use as your work involves both internal and external contacts.
We are looking for you who have previous experience in customer service or administration. You can speak both Finnish and English, as you will need to use these languages in your daily work. Furthermore, we see that you are social, driven, and solution-oriented. If you are motivated by helping customers and finding solutions to more advanced administrative problems, this could be the perfect job for you!
