The company is owned by Sweden's leading car retailer within the brand groups VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, as well as Scania. They provide a comprehensive IT portfolio for the automotive trade consisting of around 90 products within service market, car sales, technology/IT, finance, and administration. This position is located at Bits Data's premises just north of Södertälje.
What does the role as a system developer entail? You will belong to an IT team and be responsible for holistic solutions for both customers and product managers. The work takes place in project form together with, among others, architects, system developers, system administrators, suppliers, and colleagues from the marketing department. Your focus will be to develop and maintain Bits Data's product and service portfolio belonging to the finance area. The tasks include both frontend and backend development, fixing bugs, requirements and testing, as well as performing updates. The IT environment consists of Microsoft-based technologies such as C#/.NET, MS SQL, and Azure. You are offered a central role in the company and good opportunities for training as well as personal development. We are looking for you who have experience in system development and maintenance, preferably within a Microsoft-based environment. You are a self-driven and unpretentious person who enjoys working in projects and conducting discussions regarding holistic solutions with both suppliers and customers. Furthermore, we see that you are skilled at expressing yourself pedagogically and respectfully even to people with less IT understanding, and you value good communication to build long-term relationships. Requirement Profile
- Post-secondary education within IT
- Experience in system development/maintenance
- Knowledge of C#/.NET and MS SQL
- You express yourself very well in speech and writing, including in English
