Perido is seeking a self-driven and curious student for the role of onsite technician/system administrator at a leading Nordic fund company. The company is one of the world's largest asset managers and has operated in the Nordic market for 150 years. This position is located in central Stockholm.
What does the role of onsite technician/system administrator entail? Together with your colleagues, you will be part of a DevOps team. You work agilely and end-to-end with both support and operations. You assist employees with both simple and more complex technical matters regarding troubleshooting and error correction of users' PCs, telephony, and hardware. You are also responsible for the infrastructure, which includes a variety of different systems, including Windows and SQL servers. Maintaining and improving existing IT environments, which includes office moves, updating servers, and configuring networks, is also part of the role. Currently, there are two senior technicians on-site who will provide you with thorough training and handover during your initial time at the company.

Requirements
- At least upper secondary education with a focus on IT
- Ongoing post-secondary education, preferably with a focus on IT
- Previous experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- You express yourself very well in speech and writing, including in English
Meritorious
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 as well as Windows server
- Experience with WordPress
- Interest in the financial market
