Perido is now looking for a Finnish-speaking student as a support technician for one of our positions located at a client site. Here, you will work within an exciting corporate culture, ranked as one of Sweden's best. The office is located just north of central Stockholm.
The work takes place in a wonderful support team sitting in an open-plan office. You will work in first-line and help customers with various IT problems, for example, networks acting up, lost passwords, mobiles, printers, and even more advanced problems. A large part of the calls that take place in Finnish, you will be able to solve yourself, and there are quite few problems that you need to escalate. Here, if you have the will and show initiative, you will receive increased responsibility and the opportunity to grow further within the company in the long run.
We believe that you applying for this position have a great interest in IT, curiosity, and a strong drive to learn more! You are a proactive person with a service- and solution-oriented mindset and have an understanding that IT knowledge varies among different people. As First-line, you sit together with second-line; here you learn from your colleagues and additionally receive thorough training to develop your IT competence. Strongly meritous is previous experience in IT-support, customer service, or work where you have provided service or worked with the telephone as a work tool.

Requirements profile
- Ongoing education with an IT focus or relevant work experience
- Interest in computers, technology, and problem-solving
- Speaks Finnish fluently
- You express yourself very well in speech and writing, also in English
Meritorious
- Experience in service professions, preferably in roles involving telephone experience
- Experience working with first-line, helpdesk, or IT-support
- Experience working in AD or with remote control
Scope and commencement Part-time, consulting assignment. Permanent with immediate start.
