What does the role of Bid Manager entail? You will be responsible for the entire tender process, from assessment and analysis of requests to the design and packaging of completed tenders. Here, it is important that you can extract what is significant from a large amount of information, develop and produce texts and documentation for the tenders, as well as quality assure them. Therefore, we would like you to be a strategic and analytical person with a pronounced sense of order. With a focus on selling in our organization in a pedagogical, creative, and interesting way, we hope you understand the importance of a neatly designed and well-written text. You will put your attention to detail to use as you look for strengths and weaknesses in our own material as well as our competitors'.
What qualities are required? We believe that you have at least one year of experience in independent tender work and have previous experience in project managing both private and public procurements. We would like you to be self-reliant in the work you undertake but also enjoy working in a group. It is therefore required that you are an ambitious person who ensures that what you deliver always maintains high quality. You should have a good business sense as well as understand what makes a text interesting, and have a genuine interest in text and text processing, which will be required to thrive as a Bid Manager. As you may have already understood, we want someone who is driven! We don't just want to submit tenders; we want to submit the winning tenders, which is your task.

Requirements profile
- Relevant academic degree (law, economics, or equivalent)
- Experience working with the tender process in its entirety
- You express yourself very well in speech and writing, also in English
Meritorious
- Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU)
- Experience working with contracts
