Consultant Buyer sought for Energy giant

Do you have experience working with consultant procurement? Are you a coordinator at your fingertips with control over contracts, systems, and the consultant hiring process? Perido is now seeking a consultant buyer for one of our customers, a large Swedish-owned energy company. In this position, you will work at their office located in Solna.

As a consultant buyer, you are the external contact person towards suppliers and recruitment agencies during consultant hiring, but you also act as an internal contact person towards HR and requesting managers throughout the entire hiring process. You handle incoming matters in internal systems and set up a plan and deadline together with the recruiting manager. The role may involve coordinating negotiations, ensuring that all contracts and agreements are legally correct, and keeping track of key performance indicators for existing consultant hirings.

You collaborate well with others, but at the same time work independently, take your own initiatives in the work, and have high integrity. Requirements profile

• Relevant education
• At least one year of professional experience in consultant procurement
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• You express yourself very well orally and in writing, also in English

Meritorious

• Previous experience working in large organizations
• Previous experience from consultant operations

Scope and commencement Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2019-06-30 with a chance of extension. Commencement 2018-09-01.
