What will you be doing? As a case officer, you will work with manually retrieving information and permits from national systems, which you will then register in the authority's permit system. You will perform the work based on established routines that you will learn on-site. Your task is to handle cases correctly and ensure that all steps in the registration work are completed. In addition to your primary tasks, you may be assigned certain simpler administrative tasks.

Requirements profile
- Upper secondary education or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of work experience from similar work
- Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
- You express yourself very well in speech and writing, also in English
