As a customer service representative, you will be part of the company's customer center and receive incoming calls and emails from tenants. This may involve reporting faults or questions and concerns, large and small, which you then register in the property systems. Here, you will make use of your social and empathetic side, as your task is to provide every tenant with the best possible service and ensure that relevant colleagues are connected to the matter when needed. Additionally, you will handle orders, maintain ongoing contact with other districts and contractors, and staff the office reception as needed. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the planning and further development of the customer service operations.

You do not need to have worked in customer service previously, as you will receive proper on-site training and will have several knowledgeable colleagues to bounce ideas off of. Requirements profile
- High school education
- Experience from working with service and administration
- Good computer skills, good knowledge of MS Office
- You express yourself very well in speech and writing, also in English
