Currently, we are looking for a student studying economics and/or marketing for our client Siemens, one of Europe's largest groups in the technology sector. They will need your administrative support approximately 2-3 days a week, and the position is located at their newly built office in Solna, by Mall of Scandinavia.

As a marketing assistant, your days will be fast-paced with a wide variety of tasks. Your primary task will be to provide support to the company's Nordic marketing group. To a large extent, you will support with financial administration such as invoicing, supplier management, and follow-ups in SAP and Allocadia. Here you will get a direct insight into marketing work and be right in the thick of an international marketing department. When needed, you will assist with market analysis and environmental scanning, text processing, creating marketing material, and organizing and participating in events. In addition to this, you may assist during the planning of customer seminars, conferences, trade fairs, and various campaigns.

We believe that you who are applying are a person who is currently studying economics and/or marketing and is looking for a qualifying extra job for the remaining time of your studies. You are flexible, willing to work, and ambitious. To fit the role, we believe you like to organize and structure, as well as enjoy administrative work. To manage the role, you will receive short training on-site; therefore, it is important that you have a desire to learn but also to take your own initiative and be confident with administrative tasks! Requirements profile

Scope and commencement

Part-time, approximately 2-3 days a week and possibly more during peak periods, schedule is set together with Siemens. This is a consulting assignment via Perido until further notice. Commencement in early September.
