We are now looking for a Tech Support Agent for a company that works to make everyday life easier for people living with chronic illnesses. Here, you will have an important role as you become the users' first point of contact for questions regarding their medical technology equipment and associated systems.

As a Tech Support Agent, you will handle varied and user-specific cases via telephone, e-mail, and digital web forms. You will become a specialist in the company's products and assist users with technical troubleshooting, guidance, and support. The role offers a combination of customer contact, problem-solving, and administration, while also giving you the opportunity to participate in developing working methods and processes to create an even better user experience.

Your main tasks:

• Handle support cases via telephone, e-mail, and web forms
• Provide technical support and guidance regarding medical technology products
• Responsible for complaint cases and their follow-up
• Document and administer cases in internal systems
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to more efficient processes and working methods

We are looking for you who has a natural sense of service and who enjoys helping others. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and have the ability to build trust when contacting users. At the same time, you work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and find it easy to prioritize when the pace changes.

Since the role involves a lot of contact with users via telephone and e-mail, it is important that you feel confident in both oral and written communication.

Person Profile

We are looking for you who:

• Speaks and writes fluent Danish and English
• Has good technical understanding and finds it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems
• Has good knowledge of the Office package
• Is thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Thrives with both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues

Start: Immediate Extent: Full-time Working hours: According to schedule Monday–Sunday between 07.00–22.00. The majority of the shifts are scheduled on weekdays between 08.00–17.00. Possibility for remote work by agreement. Location: Stockholm
