During this period, we are looking for a new member for the Procurement Department at our facilities in Aspropyrgos.

Your daily routine As a member of the Procurement Department, you will contribute daily to maintaining the availability of our products and the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will collaborate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments, so that every order is scheduled and executed timely and effectively. Your role will be crucial for ensuring stock levels, the proper management of purchases, and maintaining a high level of service to our customers. What you will do

• You will communicate daily with suppliers regarding product matters, orders, inventory, and prices.
• You will register and monitor foreign supplier orders through the ERP system.
• You will check inventory and participate in the planning of replenishment needs.
• You will update and manage purchase catalogs and supplier data.
• You will collaborate with transport companies to receive, evaluate, and manage transport offers.
• You will monitor the progress of receipts and coordinate with the warehouses for the smooth reception of products.
• You will create tactical and extraordinary reports that support business decision-making.

Required Qualifications: What will help you succeed

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a procurement, purchasing, or logistics department.
• Very good understanding of logistics, inventory, and costing processes.
• Experience in using ERP systems, ideally Entersoft EBS.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and effective priority management.
