During this period, we are looking for a new member for the Human Resources Department at our facilities in Aspropyrgos.

Your daily routine As an HR Administrator, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the HR department, supporting critical processes such as payroll, recruitment, personnel management, and compliance with labor legislation. Essential Qualifications:

What you will do:

• You will prepare, check, and monitor staff payroll.
• You will ensure the correct application of labor and social security legislation.
• You will daily monitor the Digital Work Card and check attendance, schedules, and overtime.
• You will submit work schedules and changes via ΕΡΓΑΝΗ.
• You will manage recruitments, departures, contracts, and other personnel changes.
• You will collaborate with accounting firms, external partners, and public authorities.
• You will support staffing, selection, and personnel training processes.

What will help you succeed: Proven experience of at least 4 years in payroll management. Very good knowledge of labor and social security legislation. Experience in ΕΡΓΑΝΗ submissions and Digital Work Card management. Very good knowledge of EpsilonNet payroll systems. Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office. Good knowledge of English. Discretion, organizational skills, and responsibility.
