E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B & B2C)

The Role As an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will actively participate in the management, development, and optimization of the company's B2B and B2C digital channels, aiming to increase online sales and continuously upgrade the customer experience. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and IT departments, as well as with external partners, participating in the design and implementation of new digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Management, updating, and continuous optimization of the B2B e-commerce ecosystem (website & mobile app) as well as B2C websites.
- Management of products, categories, commercial content, catalogs, and price lists.
- Ensuring excellent operation and user experience (UX) across all digital channels.
- Design, implementation, and monitoring of digital marketing for corporate websites with the aim of increasing traffic, conversions, and online visits.
- Collaboration with the Marketing/Sales team for the creation of landing pages, promotional activities, and digital campaigns.
- Design and implementation of Email Marketing, newsletters, Viber/SMS campaigns, and other digital communication activities.
- Monitoring the performance of websites and digital activities via Google Analytics and other tools, with suggestions for continuous optimization.
- Supporting SEO activities and collaborating on SEM actions.
- Supporting customers and partners in the use of the B2B platform and the mobile application.
- Creation and management of new B2B customer accounts.
- Developing partnerships with customers' e-shops to enhance the presence of Perfect Pet brands.
- Coordination with developers and external agencies for the implementation of new features, improvements, and upgrades.
- Monitoring new trends in e-commerce and leveraging best practices for the continuous development of digital channels.
Requirements: What we are looking for
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar E-Commerce or Digital Marketing role.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CMS (WordPress, Laravel, or similar).
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Experience with Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Very good knowledge of the English language.
- Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Team spirit, responsibility, and a willingness for continuous learning.
