We are looking for an organized, analytical, and responsible professional for the position of AI Specialist / Data Analyst for Business Optimization, who will actively contribute to the management, analysis, and utilization of corporate data, supporting business decision-making and the continuous improvement of our processes, at our facilities in Aspropyrgos

Your daily routine As an AI Specialist / Data Analyst for Business Optimization, you will play an active role in the entry, processing, analysis, and management of data, ensuring its quality and reliability. Simultaneously, you will utilize modern artificial intelligence and Business Intelligence tools to create useful reports and business insights. You will collaborate closely with different departments of the company, understanding their needs and transforming data into useful information that supports effective decision-making.

What you will do:

• You will enter, update, and manage data in ERP systems and databases.
• You will perform data cleaning and validation, ensuring their quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• You will analyze data and create reports that support business decision-making.
• You will utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for task automation and productivity improvement.
• You will apply business logic for the correct interpretation and utilization of data.
• You will collaborate with different departments to identify needs for data, analyses, and reports.
• You will ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data coming from multiple sources and systems.

Required Qualifications:

What will help you succeed:

• Degree in Informatics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Data Analyst, Data Entry Specialist, or related position will be considered a significant qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with emphasis on formulas, tables, and Pivot Tables.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, management, and processing.
• Experience in using Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge or experience in an Entersoft ERP environment.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to understand business processes and apply business logic.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Desired qualifications (Bonus)

• Previous experience in a similar position in an organization that uses an ERP system.
• Experience in managing large volumes of data and creating complex reports.
